Getting your toddlers to brush their teeth

I recently had trouble getting my daughter to brush her teeth for more than 10 seconds.  She would just barely have the tooth brush in her mouth before she took it out and was done, but I have found a trick!  Making things your toddler don’t really like to do into a game is the answer.  When she starts brushing her teeth now, we play this game to see how long she can brush her teeth making her want to beat the record every time she does it now.  You have to show some excitement when counting to get them excited.   We started at 30 seconds and now we are over a minute which is just awesome.   Give it a try and I hope it works out for you as well.  Let me know if any of you have any other ideas that work.
